Social Media Case Study

In my Social Media Communication class for my PR minor, we were tasked with the responsibility of monitoring a celebrity’s various social media accounts over a 48-hour period and suggesting any recommendations to improve their social media presence. By doing so, it should be noted how each account differs in usage, engagement and types of posts. I chose to observe Jennifer Lopez because she had been the most active user out of all the accounts I follow and she proved to be an interesting subject.
